You will receive a 72 hour and 24 hour confirmation notice, at which you can cancel or reschedule free of charge! After being 15 minutes late, there is a $15 fee. After 30 minutes it is cancelled! Any cancellations within 24 hours will require a 30% fee UNLESS you reschedule with a prepaid deposit!
